Obtaining you Pleasure Craft Operator Card can be fun!

In order to keep you safe we can help you obtain your Pleasure Craft Operator Card.  Until 1999, anyone could operate a boat, regardless of boating safety knowledge, experience, or training. A lot has changed to make our waterways safer since then. Having to obtain a PCOC has greatly reduced recreational boating deaths and injuries.

Everyone who operates a power-driven boat now needs proof of competency – something that shows they understand the basic rules and how to safely operate a boat.
